403(b) Match Amount Increases effective 7/1/2021

We are excited to announce the new match amount for the 403(b) plan will increase to 100% up to the first 4% of pay (an increase from the current 100% up to the first 3% of pay) effective 7/1/21.

If you are currently enrolled in the 403(b) plan and defer 4% or more per pay period, you will gain the full match amount for next plan year. If you are setting aside less than this each pay period, you may want to increase the percentage you have deducted for the 403(b) plan to take full advantage of the match.

If you would like to increase your 403(b) salary reduction percentage, complete a new Salary Reduction Agreement form and return to Human Resources (found on Workforce Hub under Human Resources Documents, Benefits Documents, 403b and in Human Resources Departments and Lincoln Employee Lounge).
